A Sound Bath is an experience of vibration and sacred sounds.  It is an improvised concert with Planetary Gongs and Crystal Singing Bowls.  The term "Sound Bath" is used because you are "bathed" in the vibrations of all the instruments used. During a typical Sound Bath participants lie on the floor, relax and allow the sounds to wash over them. Jamie also works with other talented artists who bring in additional instruments and vocals.
